This order is made under section 3AB(1) and (2) of the Public Finance Act 1989—
(a)
on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and
(b)
on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance.

1 Title
This order is the Public Finance (Predator Free 2050 Limited) Order 2026.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 14 August 2026.
3 Principal Act
This order amends the Public Finance Act 1989.
4 Schedule 4A amended
In Schedule 4A, repeal the item relating to Predator Free 2050 Limited.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 14 August 2026, amends Schedule 4A of the Public Finance Act 1989.
The amendment removes the reference to Predator Free 2050 Limited in recognition of that company’s removal from the Companies Office register.
