This order is made under section 26(1)(a) of the Public Service Act 2020 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.

1 Title
This order is the Public Service (Digital Executive Board Disestablishment) Order 2026.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 30 July 2026.
3 Principal Act
Clause 4 amends the Public Service Act 2020.
4 Schedule 2 amended
In Schedule 2, Part 3, repeal the item relating to the Digital Executive Board.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 30 July 2026, amends the Public Service Act 2020 by removing the Digital Executive Board from the list of interdepartmental executive boards and servicing departments set out in Part 3 of Schedule 2 of that Act.
Date of notification in Gazette: 2 July 2026.
