This order is made under section 150A of the Films, Videos, and Publications Classification Act 1993—
(a)
on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and
(b)
on the recommendation of the Minister of Internal Affairs after complying with the requirements of section 150A(2) and (4) of that Act.

1 Title
This order is the Films, Videos, and Publications Classification (Specified CVoD Provider—Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc.) Order 2026.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 1 September 2026.
3 Principal Act
This order amends the Films, Videos, and Publications Classification Act 1993.
4 Schedule 4 amended
In Schedule 4, insert in its appropriate alphabetical order:
Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc., a company registered and based in the United States of America
Rachel Hayward,
Clerk of the Executive Council.
Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 1 September 2026, amends Schedule 4 of the Films, Videos, and Publications Classification Act 1993 (the Act). Schedule 4 lists specified commercial video on-demand (CVoD) providers and is amended to add Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. as a specified CVoD provider.
Under section 150A(5) of the Act, an Order in Council adding a provider to the list in Schedule 4 must not come into force earlier than 3 months after the date on which it is published.
