Gangs (Identified Gangs) Order 2025

Present:
Her Excellency the Governor-General in Council
This order is made under section 32(1) of the Gangs Act 2024—
(a)
on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and
(b)
on the recommendation of the Minister of Police made in accordance with section 32(2) and (5)(a) of that Act.
Order
1 Title
This order is the Gangs (Identified Gangs) Order 2025.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 2 February 2026.
3 Principal Act
Clause 4 amends the Gangs Act 2024.
4 Schedule 2 amended
(1)
In Schedule 2, after item 16, insert:

(2)
In Schedule 2, revoke item 28.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 2 February 2026, amends Schedule 2 of the Gangs Act 2024, which lists identified gangs for the purposes of that Act. The amendments add the Immortal Souls MC to the list in Schedule 2 and remove the Road Knights MC from that list.
Date of notification in Gazette: 11 December 2025.
This order is administered by the Ministry of Justice.
