Cook Islands and Niue Regulations Revocation Order 1969: revoked, on 28 October 2025, by clause 3(h) of the Legislation (Revocations) Order 2025 (SL 2025/207).

This order is administered in the Maori and Island Affairs Department.
PURSUANT to the Cook Islands Act 1915 and the Niue Act 1966, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and, in relation to such of the regulations hereby revoked as are in force in the Cook Islands (other than Niue), at the request and with the consent of the Government of the Cook Islands made and given pursuant to Article 88 of he Constitution of the Cook Islands, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Cook Islands and Niue Regulations Revocation Order 1969.
2 Regulations revoked
The regulations specified in the Schedule to this order are hereby revoked.
