Pursuant to section 3A of the Companies Special Investigations Act 1958 (as continued in force by section 74 of the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Act 1989), Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
Order
1 Title and commencement

This order may be cited as the Companies Special Investigations Order (No 2) 1995.
(2)
This order shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
2 Act to cease to apply to company
It is hereby declared that the Companies Special Investigations Act 1958 shall cease to apply to Tricorp International Limited, a company incorporated in Guernsey in the Channel Islands.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, declares that the Companies Special Investigations Act 1958 ceases to apply to Tricorp International Limited, a company incorporated in Guernsey in the Channel Islands.
The company was made subject to receivership under the Act by the Companies Special Investigations Order (No 2) 1988. The Companies Special Investigations Act 1958 has, despite its repeal by the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Act 1989, continued to apply to the company by virtue of section 74 of that Act.

1 General
This is a consolidation of the Companies Special Investigations Order (No 2) 1995 that incorporates the amendments made to the legislation so that it shows the law as at its stated date.
2 Legal status
