This order is made under section 26(1)(a) of the Public Service Act 2020 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.

1 Title
This order is the Public Service (Spatial Planning Board Disestablishment) Order 2024.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 30 June 2024.
3 Principal Act
Clause 4 amends the Public Service Act 2020.
4 Schedule 2 amended
In Schedule 2, Part 3, repeal the item relating to the Spatial Planning Board.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 30 June 2024, amends the Public Service Act 2020 by removing the Spatial Planning Board from the list of interdepartmental executive boards set out in Part 3 of Schedule 2 of that Act.
Date of notification in Gazette: 16 May 2024.
This order is administered by the Public Service Commission.
