Regulations

1 Title

These regulations are the Electronic Identity Verification Amendment Regulations 2024.

2 Commencement

These regulations come into force on 12 September 2024.

3 Principal regulations

These regulations amend the Electronic Identity Verification Regulations 2013.

In Schedule 1, insert in their appropriate alphabetical order:

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 12 September 2024, amend the Electronic Identity Verification Regulations 2013.

The amendments authorise Early Childhood Council Incorporated, GroU Money Limited, Kawe Trading Limited, MyMahi Limited, Te Pou Limited, The Carbon Trading Company Limited, and Waka Online Limited to use the Electronic Identity Verification Service (as described in section 55 of the Electronic Identity Verification Act 2012).
