Revocation of Parliamentary Service (Additional Parliamentary Precinct) Resolution 2009: revoked, on 13 November 2025, by section 53 of the Parliament (Repeals and Amendments) Act 2025 (2025 No 63).

Revocation of Parliamentary Service (Additional Parliamentary Precinct) Resolution 2009
Resolved, That, under section 25(2) of the Parliamentary Service Act 2000 and effective from 1 January 2019, this House revoke the Parliamentary Service (Additional Parliamentary Precinct) Resolution 2009, which added the following premises to the parliamentary precincts:
| All that part of the mezzanine level of the building situated at Nos 1 and 3 The Terrace, Wellington, on land contained in Certificates of Title WN41C/804 and WN41C/805, with a net lettable area of 477.2 m2, being the areas outlined on the plan attached to the Eleventh Schedule to the Deed of Lease between AMP NZ Office 1 The Terrace Limited and the Parliamentary Corporation dated 12 August 2009 (Hon Chris Hipkins). |

1 General
This is a consolidation of the Revocation of Parliamentary Service (Additional Parliamentary Precinct) Resolution 2009 that incorporates the amendments made to the legislation so that it shows the law as at its stated date.
