Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, adds the following items to Schedule 6 of the Commerce Act 1986 (the Act):

• Rimu Production Station—Mokoia Mixing station gas pipeline:

• Sidewinder Production Station—Vector 300 Line at Durham Road Upper.

The effect of adding the items is to exempt the pipelines from the requirements of information disclosure and price-quality regulation under Part 4 of the Act.
