Local Government (Infringement Fees for Offences: Marlborough District Council Navigation Bylaws) Amendment Regulations 2006: revoked, on 20 October 2011, pursuant to regulation 6 of the Local Government (Infringement Fees for Offences—Marlborough District Council Navigation Bylaw 2009) Regulations 2011 (SR 2011/330).

These regulations are administered by the Department of Internal Affairs.
Pursuant to section 699A of the Local Government Act 1974, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
1 Title
These regulations are the Local Government (Infringement Fees for Offences: Marlborough District Council Navigation Bylaws) Amendment Regulations 2006.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 10 October 2006.
3 Principal regulations amended
These regulations amend the Local Government (Infringement Fees for Offences: Marlborough District Council Navigation Bylaws) Regulations 2003.
4 Schedule 2 amended
The infringement notice in Schedule 2 is amended by omitting
“Address:”
and substituting“Full address:”
.

These regulations clarify address requirements in the infringement notice prescribed by the Local Government (Infringement Fees for Offences: Marlborough District Council Navigation Bylaws) Regulations 2003.
These regulations come into force on 10 October 2006.
