Preamble
At Wellington this 10th day of April 2006
Pursuant to section 9 of the Tariff Act 1988, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title
This order is the Tariff (Concession) Amendment Order 2006.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 1 May 2006.
3 Tariff amended
Part 2 of the Tariff is amended by inserting the concession item set out in the Schedule in its appropriate numerical order.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 1 May 2006, inserts a new concession reference number 66 into Part 2 of the Tariff.
The new concession item relates to goods that are re-entered after repair or alteration—
•in the territory of Singapore or a specified party to the Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement that was opened for signature by Brunei Darussalam, Chile, New Zealand, and Singapore on 15 June 2005; and
•in accordance with Article 3.5 of that agreement.
