This order is administered in the Ministry of Economic Development.

Pursuant to section 9 of the Tariff Act 1988, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

  • This order is the Tariff Amendment Order (No 2) 2005.

2 Commencement

  • This order comes into force on 1 October 2005.

3 Tariff amended

  • The Tariff is amended by inserting the Tariff items, statistical keys, and rates of duty specified in the Schedule.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order; but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order comes into force on 1 October 2005.

It inserts in the Tariff new items to simplify the recording of—

  • •the export by the New Zealand Agency for International Development and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of goods for emergency disaster relief; and

  • •the export of ship and aircraft stores.

Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
