Note
This order is administered in the Ministry of Economic Development.
Pursuant to section 9 of the Tariff Act 1988, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title
This order is the Tariff Amendment Order (No 2) 2005.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 1 October 2005.
3 Tariff amended
The Tariff is amended by inserting the Tariff items, statistical keys, and rates of duty specified in the Schedule.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order; but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order comes into force on 1 October 2005.
It inserts in the Tariff new items to simplify the recording of—
•the export by the New Zealand Agency for International Development and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of goods for emergency disaster relief; and
•the export of ship and aircraft stores.
