Regulations

1 Title

These regulations are the Land Information New Zealand (Fees and Charges) Amendment Regulations 2011.

2 Commencement

These regulations come into force on 1 July 2011.

3 Principal regulations amended

These regulations amend the Land Information New Zealand (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2003.

4 Schedule amended

(1) The Schedule is amended by revoking Parts 1, 2, and 3 and substituting the Parts set out in the Schedule of these regulations.

(2) Part 7 of the Schedule is amended by omitting paragraph 2A and the associated fee and substituting:

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2011, amend the Land Information New Zealand (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2003.

The amendments change the fees payable for digital certificates, access to departmental databases, searches for cadastral data, and lodgement of plans that are not cadastral survey datasets.
