Regulation 7A is revoked.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 16 December 2010, amend the Fisheries (Registers) Regulations 2001 to revoke regulation 7A, which provides for the particulars to be shown in the Automatic Location Communicator Type Approvals Register.
