Plant Variety Rights (Fees) Amendment Order 2001: revoked, on 24 January 2023, pursuant to section 158(2)(c) of the Plant Variety Rights Act 2022 (2022 No 61).

This order is administered by the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment.
Pursuant to section 38 of the Plant Variety Rights Act 1987, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title

This order is the Plant Variety Rights (Fees) Amendment Order 2001.

In this order, the Plant Variety Rights (Fees) Order 19991 is called “the principal order”

2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 1 January 2002.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 1 January 2002, extends the fees for test trials conducted by the Plant Variety Rights Office to include all types of peas, the cereals triticale and ryecorn, and grass endophytes.
Issued under the authority of the Legislation Act 2019.
