These regulations are the Taxation Review Authorities Amendment Regulations 2010.

2 Commencement

These regulations come into force on 18 October 2010.

3 Principal regulations amended

These regulations amend the Taxation Review Authorities Regulations 1998.

4 Personal service

Regulation 13(a) is amended by omitting “8 Gilmer Terrace, Wellington” and substituting “Level 11, Asteron House, 55 Featherston Street, Wellington”.

5 Personal service

Regulation 23(a) is amended by omitting “8 Gilmer Terrace, Wellington” and substituting “Level 11, Asteron House, 55 Featherston Street, Wellington”.

6 Revocation

The Taxation Review Authorities Amendment Regulations (No 2) 2008 (SR 2008/126) are revoked.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 18 October 2010, amend 2 regulations to update the address of the Director, Litigation Management of the Inland Revenue Department. The address is included in the regulations because the Director of Litigation Management must be served personally with various documents.
