Gas Amendment Regulations 1999: revoked, on 4 May 2010, pursuant to regulation 92 of the Gas (Safety and Measurement) Regulations 2010 (SR 2010/76).

These regulations are administered by the Ministry of Commerce.
PURSUANT to the Gas Act 1992, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
1 Title and commencement

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Gas Amendment Regulations 1999, and are part of the Gas Regulations 19931 (
“the principal regulations”
).(2) These regulations come into force on 1 April 1999.
2 Schedule 3 amended
-
Schedule 3 of the principal regulations is amended by omitting from item 2 the expression
“$20”
, and substituting the words“$25”
.
