Fisheries (South-East Area Amateur Fishing) Amendment Regulations 2008: revoked, on 1 February 2014, pursuant to regulation 161(1)(e) of the Fisheries (Amateur Fishing) Regulations 2013 (SR 2013/482).

1 Title

These regulations are the Fisheries (South-East Area Amateur Fishing) Amendment Regulations 2008.

2 Commencement

These regulations come into force on 1 April 2008.

These regulations amend the Fisheries (South-East Area Amateur Fishing) Regulations 1986.

4 Maximum daily number of fish

The item relating to red cod in the table in regulation 3A(1) is amended by inserting “10” in the second column.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 April 2008, amend regulation 3A(1) of the Fisheries (South-East Area Amateur Fishing) Regulations 1986 by stipulating for red cod a maximum daily recreational bag limit of 10.
