Radiation Protection Act Commencement Order 1973: revoked, on 7 March 2017, by section 97(a) of the Radiation Safety Act 2016 (2016 No 6).

PURSUANT to the Radiation Protection Act 1965, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

1 Title

This order may be cited as the Radiation Protection Act Commencement Order 1973.

2 Commencement of Act

The Radiation Protection Act 1965 shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1973.
