63 Providing health and safety management system documentation to contractor

(1)

This regulation applies to a person who is engaged by the mine operator to provide services where the person’s employees or other workers engaged by the person to provide those services will be mine workers in relation to the mine operator.

(2)

The mine operator must ensure that the current version of the health and safety management system, and records of all audits and reviews of the health and safety management system, or any part of it, and other audits of the site itself that have been conducted, are made available on request to any person to whom this regulation applies.
