This order is made under section 2(2)(a) of the Plant Variety Rights Act 2022 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.

This order is the Plant Variety Rights Act 2022 Commencement Order 2022.
2 Commencement of Plant Variety Rights Act 2022
The Plant Variety Rights Act 2022 (other than those provisions already in force and subpart 3 of Part 5) comes into force on 24 January 2023.
