Explanatory note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which takes effect from 1 April 2014, is made under the Corrections Act 2004. It declares premises at 76 Russell Street, Westport to be a community work centre to be known as the Russell Street (Westport) Community Work Centre. The Westport centre has been relocated from Wakefield Street to Russell Street. This notice revokes the notice that constituted the Wakefield Street (Westport) Community Work Centre.
