The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Family Courts Amendment Act 2011.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act amended
This Act amends the Family Courts Act 1980.
4 Application of District Courts Act 1947
Section 16(4) is amended by omitting
“79”
and substituting“78A”
.
