The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Taratahi Agricultural Training Centre (Wairarapa) Amendment Act 2010.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act amended
This Act amends the Taratahi Agricultural Training Centre (Wairarapa) Act 1969.
4 Taratahi Agricultural Training Centre (Wairarapa) Trust Board
Section 3(2)(d) is amended by omitting
“Farm Education and Training Association”
and substituting“Agriculture Industry Training Organisation Incorporated”
.
5 Borrowing powers of Trust Board
Section 11(3) is amended by omitting
“the training centre or any part thereof or any of its personal property”
and substituting“any real or personal property owned by the Board”
.
