The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Land Transport Management Amendment Act 2008 Amendment Act 2015.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act
This Act amends the Land Transport Management Amendment Act 2008 (the principal Act).
4 Section 47 amended (Consequences of establishment of New Zealand Transport Agency)
In section 47(1), replace
“1 July 2008”
with“1 August 2008”
.
