Order

1 Title

This order is the Maori Commercial Aquaculture Claims Settlement (Schedule 2) Order 2006.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

3 Interpretation

In this order, Act means the Maori Commercial Aquaculture Claims Settlement Act 2004.

4 Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 of the Act is amended by inserting, in the harbours listed for the Marlborough Sounds and in their appropriate alphabetical order, the harbours and harbour entrance points specified in the Schedule.

This order, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, inserts descriptions of Admiralty Bay, Port Gore, and Port Underwood in Schedule 2 of the Maori Commercial Aquaculture Claims Settlement Act 2004.
