Order

1 Title

This order is the Health and Disability (Geographical Areas of DHBs) Order 2015.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on 30 June 2015.

3 Schedule 1 amended

(1)

This clause amends Schedule 1 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000.

(2)

In the item relating to Hawke’s Bay DHB, delete “, Chatham Islands Territory”.

(3)

In the item relating to Canterbury DHB, at the end, insert “, Chatham Islands Territory”.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order amends Schedule 1 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000. It comes into force on 30 June 2015.

The amendment removes the Chatham Islands Territory from the geographical area of Hawke’s Bay DHB and adds it to the geographical area of Canterbury DHB.

Issued under the authority of the Legislation Act 2019.

1 General

This is a consolidation of the Health and Disability (Geographical Areas of DHBs) Order 2015 that incorporates the amendments made to the legislation so that it shows the law as at its stated date.

2 Legal status

A consolidation is taken to correctly state, as at its stated date, the law enacted or made by the legislation consolidated and by the amendments. This presumption applies unless the contrary is shown.
