69 Provision of information

(1)

Without limiting section 133(2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Finance may from time to time, by written notice, require any organisation to supply to that Minister, or any other person or class of persons that the Minister specifies, any economic or financial forecasts or other economic or financial information relating to the organisation or any or all of its Crown entity subsidiaries that the Minister specifies in the notice, and the organisation must comply with the requirement.

No requirement of the Minister under this section may require the supply of any information that would infringe the privacy of any natural person or deceased natural person, unless the person (or a representative of the deceased person) has consented to the supply.

Subsection (3) applies despite section 134 of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
