An Act to amend the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997
BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:
1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Amendment Act 1999, and is part of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (
“the principal Act”
).
2 Register of agricultural compounds
This section amended s 24(6) of the principal Act.
