BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

1 Short Title
2 Actuarial examinations of Fund

  • (1) This subsection substituted s 94(1) of the principal Act.

    (2) The Government Actuary is not required to examine the financial position of the Fund as at 31 March 1997 (as required by section 94(1) of the principal Act before its repeal by subsection (1)).

3 Authority to incur certain expenses

  • This section inserted, after section 95, s 95AA of the principal Act.
