  • Law Practitioners Amendment Act 1994: repealed, on 1 August 2008, pursuant to section 349 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (2006 No 1).

An Act to amend the Law Practitioners Act 1982

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

1 Short Title

  • This Act may be cited as the Law Practitioners Amendment Act 1994, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Law Practitioners Act 1982 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

4 Regulations relating to trust accounts

  • (1) 

    (2) The Law Practitioners Amendment Act (No 2) 1985 is hereby consequentially repealed.
