The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Copyright Amendment Act 2010.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act amended
This Act amends the Copyright Act 1994.
4 Interpretation
Paragraph (c) of the definition of prescribed library in section 50(1) is amended by inserting
“or provided and maintained by the New Zealand Law Society”
after“Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006”
.
