Health and Safety in Employment Amendment Act 1998: repealed, on 4 April 2016, pursuant to section 231(1) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (2015 No 70).

An Act to amend the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992
BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:
1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Health and Safety in Employment Amendment Act 1998, and is part of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 (“the principal Act”
).
2 Duties of persons who control places of work
This section substituted s 16 of the principal Act.
3 Codes of practice
(1)
This subsection inserted s 20(1)(aa) and (ab) of the principal Act.
