Order

1 Title

This order is the Public Finance (National Pacific Radio Trust) Order 2017.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

3 Schedule 4 of the Public Finance Act 1989 amended

In the Public Finance Act 1989, Schedule 4, item relating to National Pacific Radio Trust, columns relating to section 139 and 153 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, delete the ticks.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, amends Schedule 4 of the Public Finance Act 1989 so that sections 139 and 153 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 no longer apply to the National Pacific Radio Trust.
