The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Children, Young Persons, and Their Families (Indexation—Budget Measures) Amendment Act 2012.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Section 363 amended (Payment to person or organisation providing care)
In section 363(6) of the Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989, replace “2011, 1 April 2012, and 1 April 2013”
with “in any year from 2011 to 2017 (inclusive)”
.
