This order is administered in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Tokelau Amendment Act 1996, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

  • This order may be cited as the Tokelau Amendment Act Commencement Order 1996.

Explanatory Note

This order brings into force, on 1 August 1996, the Tokelau Amendment Act 1996.
