Pursuant to section 215(c) of the Student Loan Scheme Act 2011, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

1 Title

These regulations are the Student Loan Scheme (Repayment Percentage) Regulations 2012.

2 Commencement

These regulations come into force on 1 April 2013.

3 Repayment percentage

The repayment percentage for the purposes of the Student Loan Scheme Act 2011 is 12%.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 April 2013, increase the repayment percentage from 10% to 12% for the purposes of the Student Loan Scheme Act 2011.
