1 Title

This order is the Ombudsmen Act (Schedule 1—The Network for Learning Limited) Order 2012.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on 27 September 2012.

3 Part 2 of Schedule 1 of Ombudsmen Act 1975 amended

In the Ombudsmen Act 1975, Schedule 1, Part 2, insert in its appropriate alphabetical order “The Network for Learning Limited”.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on 27 September 2012, inserts the name of The Network for Learning Limited into Part 2 of Schedule 1 of the Ombudsmen Act 1975.

The effect of the order is that, on and after 27 September 2012, both the Ombudsmen Act 1975 and the Official Information Act 1982 will apply to The Network for Learning Limited.
