The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:

1 Title

  • This Act is the Charitable Trusts Amendment Act 2007.

2 Commencement

  • This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.

3 Principal Act amended

  • This Act amends the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.

4 Applications for incorporation

  • Section 10(1) is repealed and the following subsection substituted:

    • “(1) Each subscriber to an application for incorporation must add the subscriber's name and address to the subscriber's signature.”
