An Act to provide for the Acquisition of a Site for the Victoria College.
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1 Short Title

This Act (except section 6) was repealed, as from 27 October 1905, by section 47 Victoria College Act 1905 (1905 No 35).
2 Exchange of land for college site

Section 4 was amended, as from 18 November 1903, by section 6 Queen's Scholarships Act 1903 (1903 No 29), by substituting the words
“three years”
for the words“two years”

5 Exemption from stamp duty

6 Amendment of Wellington College and Girls' High School Act 1887

Section eighteen of The Wellington College and Girls' High School Act 1887, is hereby amended by inserting, after the words
“the said buildings or either of them,”
the words“or such other buildings as may from time to time be deemed necessary.”
This Act (except section 6) was repealed, as from 27 October 1905, by section 47 Victoria College Act 1905 (1905 No 35).
