Pursuant to section 27(1) of the Alcohol Advisory Council Act 1976, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, and following a determination by the Minister of Health made in accordance with section 26 of that Act, makes the following order.
