This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2009, substitute a new fee in the schedule of fees in the Wine Regulations 2006 in relation to: standards setting; development of guidance material, templates, codes of practice, market access standards; systems audit and compliance. The new fee applies only in relation to the period 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2010.
