30 Notice of access arrangement

• A notice to the Registrar-General of Land of an access arrangement for the purposes of section 83(1) of the Act must be—

  • (a) in form 4 of Schedule 1; and

  • (b) signed by the permit holder or applicant for the permit concerned.
