The Education (Disestablishment of Dunedin College of Education and Incorporation into University of Otago) Order 2006 is administered by the Ministry of Education.
Pursuant to section 164 of the Education Act 1989, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council (given on the recommendation of the Minister of the Crown responsible for the administration of Part 13 of that Act), makes the following order.
