6 Eligibility

• The following persons are eligible for the Medal:

  • (a) members of the Armed Forces (within the meaning of section 2(1) of the Defence Act 1990):

  • (b) New Zealand civilians:

  • (c) any other persons whom the Prime Minister, on the advice of the Minister of Defence, may determine.
