The cell block contained within the building complex known as the Dunedin High Court and District Court situated on all that parcel of land in the Otago Land Registration District containing 2 628 square metres, more or less, being Sections 1 and 3 on Survey Office Plan 303266 and being all the land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register No 22481.
