Customs Export Prohibition Amendment Order 1998: expired, on 1 October 2002, pursuant to clause 1A of the Customs Export Prohibition Order 1996 (SR 1996/233).
This order is administered in the New Zealand Customs Service.
PURSUANT to section 56 of the Customs and Excise Act 1996, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
(1) This order may be cited as the Customs Export Prohibition Amendment Order 1998, and is part of the Customs Export Prohibition Order 19961 (“the principal order”
).
(2) This order comes into force on 1 December 1998.
Clause 5 of the principal order is amended by revoking paragraph (b).

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 1 December 1998, revokes the prohibition on the exportation of Bluff oysters.
