Regulations are laws made under Acts
Every commercial fisherman commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 who—
(a) not having received an allocation of quota under regulation 5, takes any dredge oyster from the Foveaux Strait dredge oyster fishery; or
(b) having received an allocation of quota under regulation 5, takes any dredge oyster from the Foveaux Strait dredge oyster fishery in excess of that allocation.
