PURSUANT to section 3(3) of the Airport Authorities Act 1966, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, by this order, which shall come into force on the 8th day of June 1995, consents to the exercise by Ardmore Airport Limited of the powers conferred on local authorities by section 3 of that Act.
